Hey ya'all,
Unconsciously, I've been MIA for quite sometimes. I might have/had or maybe having lotsa thoughts but sometimes there are a lot of things that aren’t getting said in the world even if it's being said, I think it's right for my own reasons but you might disagree with me .
I kept silence for like 2 months and I can't believe my first post after all is about my anger and frustration. It's certainly not the right time to explain in detail because it has not done any good to me. All I wanted to say is working is not as easy as you think, some kids do drop-out because they hate to get along with teachers or can't grasp with the class materials, some are slackers don't seem to mix well with the school's rules and environment. They starts to work at an early age, this is definitely not a good idea to me.
So, Let's face it- every single stage in life would brings dramatic changes that are difficult to anticipate. It doesn't matter whether how smart you are in college, perhaps everyone will still get surprised by the working world. Tho I'm at that stage yet, I'm in the process of stepping closer and closer.
The hardest thing to get along with the working world, it isn't about the company pay you only 100 bulks per months, not that they want you to serve coffee to everyone in attendance during the meeting, not that they don't give you holidays where it should be a public holiday everyone deserves, not wanting you to OT most of time, not restricting you just to get in with the staff entrance door, just allow you to take the staff's toilet, body-checking every time you're in and out of your working place. I bet all these I've mention is just a small surprise you'll get.
The biggest surprise that I've encountered and the sharpest thorn stabbed in my heart along the way. It was somebody treats me like I'm a venting machine and I didn't see the venting was respectful and rational as I'm sure that I did nothing wrong.
Long story short, it's complete craziness. One day i got into work and I was sitting just for a few minutes to get rid of the lactic acid in my muscle after the prolonged standing, someone came forward and totally grilled me for that. He seems obsessed with every movement I had, put all the blames on me even it wasn't my fault, talked all the nonsense just to let me know he is bigger than me. But the worst thing is he is not even my boss. I was tried hard to be nice and not rock the boat but there's always backfires. Anyway, I know this would happen again in the future. Who knows it would be your boss gives vent to you one day? All We've to do is to bear with it and to practice how to be really patient next time. Join me for Tai Chi? Anyone?
Throughout all these, I've learnt something - If you're successful or you have money, people will listen to you. Do ya agree with me on this? In the spirit of advising others emphasizing children nowadays, listen to me you gotta study hard to be better person and to get a good job in later life. Or else you'll forever be a venting machine.

Ah mui, Working life is like that, same to what i get in this working environment. (be Cheerful) do whatever you could, what always people said when you are driving. DRIVE SAFE. mean whatever you do, whatever you think be sure that is no mistake. if you get some mistake, learn from there don't care COW talk, if it's a good think just listen and do, if it is a bad things just like what you get, let it be and make it as a song to yourself. you will get to feel better in the working environment as you are working for your studies, just be patient.
